For existing and new clients: You need to have at least 40% of the lash extensions still remaining for any Relash/Re-Touch service, otherwise, the service amount may change.

Any Relash/Re-Touch beyond 3 weeks requires a full set eyelash service.

We are happy to re-do a service for any adjustments if informed within 48 hours. Lack of aftercare is not covered.

Our pricing is based on service, not time. Time may vary for each service. Our Relash/Re-touch are approximately between 50 to 90 minutes.

For New Clients: Only for the 1st time you can ONLY book the "New Client 2 weeks Relash /Re-touch service." We are seeing an increasing amount of improper applications resulting in damaged lashes so we cannot guarantee to do a relash service on top of another's poor work.
