Policies

NO SHOW/CANCELATIONS

At Lash Out! Boca, Lashes & Skin Care, your appointment is reserved especially for you…

  • A deposit and/or credit card on file is required to book any service at Lash Out! Boca if you book it online through booksy.

  • In the event that your appointment must be canceled or rescheduled, please contact the salon with at least 24 hours notice of your appointment time. 

  • If your appointment is canceled with less than 12 hours notice or do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your appointment, 100% of the service appointment will be charged to the card on file or the service needs to be paid in full.

  • If your appointment is canceled through our online booking system, you should receive a cancellation confirmation email and/or text. If you do not receive this email or/and text your appointment has NOT been canceled in the system and you will be charged, so please contact us immediately.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction with your results. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment do so at the risk of being rescheduled and still pay the service amount scheduled for that day. 

  • Due to some clients doing last minute cancellations and/or no show, these policies are strictly enforced.

FULL SET & RELASH

  • For existing and new clients: You need to have at least 40% of the lash extensions still remaining for any Relash/Re-Touch service, otherwise, the service amount may change.

  • Any Relash/Re-Touch beyond 3 weeks requires a full set eyelash service.  â€‹â€‹

  • We are happy to re-do a service for any adjustments if informed within 48 hours. Lack of aftercare is not covered. 

  • Our pricing is based on service, not time. Time may vary for each service. Our Relash/Re-touch are approximately between 50 to 90 minutes.  â€‹â€‹â€‹

  • For New Clients: Only for the 1st time you can ONLY book the "New Client 2 weeks Relash /Re-touch service." We are seeing an increasing amount of improper applications resulting in damaged lashes so we cannot guarantee to do a relash service on top of another's poor work. Please call or text if you need a 3 weeks Relash 

REFUNDS

  • Eyelash extensions are an investment of time, money, and care on our client and staff’s behalf. Lash Out! Boca will make every effort to satisfy a client’s lash wishes and troubleshoot aftercare dilemmas diligently. We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. 

  • All retail product purchases are final.

  • Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will remove the lash extensions free of charge.

ALLERGIES

  • If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and you think you have any allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply call or email us with this request.

  • Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will remove the lash extensions free of charge.
